    Looks like a problem with your mysql client. Try to run it in the
    command line and see what happens. If it is there, try to run it as
    the IIS user to see whether it has the proper permissions.

    Apologies if I said something stupid, I do not know IIS at all, I am
    using my common sense just trying to help Smile

    I'm lacking IIS knowledge too, Apache is such a better place... unfortunately the IIS hosting was already there before me Sad
